Über das Projekt

Ziel dieses Projekts war es, einen MIDI Orgel-Controller zu bauen, mit dessen Hilfe sich die Orgel-Emulation Native Instruments B4 (II) fernsteuern lässt. Wie auch die Software versucht dieses Projekt sich so nah wie möglich am Original, der Hammond B3 zu orientieren. Sämtliche vom Original bekannten Funktionen lassen sich vom Controller aus bedienen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt ist ein Blick auf den Bildschirm oder der Griff zur Maus mehr nötig.

Im Laufe der Zeit wurde der Controller ebenfalls an die Orgel-Emulationen GSi VB3 und EVB3 (Teil des Logic Studio Pakets von Apple) angepasst. Auch hier werden sämtliche Funktionen dem Original entsprechend abgebildet.
